The software version information of device E5573s-856 China mainland is as follows:
Firmware Version: 21.329.63.01.1394
WEBUI Version: 17.100.20.01.1394
the firmware version is new, and will prompt a “fail to switch to download mode” error, so downgrade to a lower universal version is a little more difficult than old versions. The normal update will receive a “ switch mode error”, or “DATALOCK CODE” required. There are some way to disassemble it and update, it is possible, but it is more time-consuming, if quantity of device are to be proceeded, you will suffer the hardware disassemble.
Here, we have tested a modified firmware to update directly without the command knowledge, and got success.
